What is Diversity and Inclusion?
Diversity and Inclusivity is the strategic management of Human Resources, in which HR Specialists tend to hire a diverse group of employees. In this strategic move, the HR Specialists tempt to be Inclusive towards various populations subsets.
Specifically, underrepresented communities, such as: African Americans and Hispanic Ethnicities. Also, Inclusion is religious. So, for example, companies practice Inclusion by adding Muslim employees to their team.
