Equality vs. Equity – Kamala’s Video

Recently, Kamala Harris has published a video where she explains the difference between Equality and Equity. She goes on to connect this difference to racial and social injustice in the USA.

Take a look for yourself:

Kamala harris

The video was met with extreme rejection by YouTube Audience. People are calling Kamala a communist, and that she’s going to enslave the American people and destroy the freedom of Americans.

Is it all paranoid fear? Can we class this reaction in the same box where all conspiracies fall?

Growing Diversity, Growing Polarization, Growing Fear and Anxiety

Sky Man Smart Open Briefcase

As professionals, we want to understand economic trends. These trends will vastly depend on the stability of USA.

The last decade marked an exponential growth of diversity. Many minority groups have grown, and present an enormous market that companies tapped into over the years. Great news for flexible and powerful companies (including our company)!

However, this growing diversity is occurring in time of great tribulation. The presidency of Donald Trump, the Pandemic, the Economic Recession prophesized since 2011. All of these factors played in pushing diversity into polarization.

Here’s how these issues are affecting professionals from all walks of life:

This is not just a demographic polarization. It is a political-ideological polarization pushing forcefully the American people to choose between two extremes.

The Extreme Right and the Extreme Left

As polarization takes full swing in USA. The world is witnessing an ever-conflicting America.

We all know what the Extreme Right can be when pushed hard enough. We’ve seen the examples of Dictatorships and Fascist regimes across the world. However, WE HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED AN EXTEREME LEFT BEFORE.

How does that look?

Check out what Jordan Peterson has to say about it:

Systemic Racism, Black Lives Matter and Georgy Floyd

June was an insanely intense month for all of us Americans, but also for the whole world!

The death of George Floyd has ignited a series of Biblical Protests around the globe!

System racism is not a new problem in USA. So, there was enough ground for anger and pain already. George Floyd was the last drop in the glass…

The message was clear: NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE.

The PUSH-BACK wave that Democrats are surfing

The Multicultural America stands with #BlackLivesMatter.

The Multicultural people of this country want equal right and opportunities among all genders, sexes and races.

940x0

The government has to step up and deal with all forms Racism, Sexism, and all the other -isms…

As a result, the Democratic Party with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris carrying the torch have decided to represent the unheard voices of America.

This is no coincidence – since Alicia Garza (co-creator of Black Lives Matter) said it better be a Black woman!

American Destiny as Democratic Country

Are we really heading to the far extreme and becoming a Communist country?

Nobody know for sure where this journey will take us. The overall impression is that it is really to early to make any radical conclusions…

We’re still combating COVID-19. Donald Trump is occupying the White House; frankly, illegally.

Economic Recovery looks like a bumpy road ahead of us, with many people reaching for the steering wheel and everyone seems to be pulling in a different direction. Just look at the US Senate results, and you clearly understand that we have UPPER MANAGEMNET ISSUES ALL OVER THE PLACE!

Until we regain some of that economic stability, we cannot say for sure what will happen with American Democracy.

I think there are a lot of good points to consider. I am very apprehensive about the political state of our country, As always, we have to trust and believe, they will make things better and honor the promises and changes they claim to want to make for our country. I hope a lot of attention is focused on multicultural , well, everything. Times are changing, and if there was ever a time to address the issues of racism, police abuse of power and racial profiling, it is definitely now.
